2- Every Laptop, Desktop, or hardware device is sanitized before in-warding it for repairs at the store.
3- Store employees must sanitize their hands after touching any new device at the store.
4- Customers are asked to sanitize their hands immediately after entering the service center premises.
5- According to the government guidelines nobody is permitted to enter the store premises without a mask on their face, including the store staff.
6- Daily temperature checks of the service center staff to arrest the transmission from spreading.
1- The delivery person will pick-up the device from your home or office after sanitizing it at the spot.
2- The delivery person will have his mask on all the time while communicating with you at a distance of 10 feet.
3- After repairs the device is to be sanitized and delivered to the customers' place or office.
4- Online transfer of charges is incentivized and cash would be avoided as notes can be a medium of transmission.
5- Daily temperature checks of the delivery persons to arrest the transmission at an early stage.
